Venue: Hawarden Institute `On Sunday 18th November between 10.30am and 3.30pm staff from the Clwyd-Powys Archaeological Trust (CPAT) will be hosting an event at Hawarden Institute which is open to all, but that we hope will be of particular interest to people who served at or have lived near the former RAF airfields of Hawarden, Sealand and Wrexham. Earlier this year CPAT, with funding from Cadw, completed a study of the 3 airfields and we have arranged this FREE event in order to share our findings and at the same time hopefully gather new information about them.`
